Burglars vs Brats is currently a solo development game created by Will Howie, a former AAA Level Designer with a great passion for online multiplayer games.

As BvB approaches an Alpha state, Shmowie Games will hire a handful of talented developers to push the game towards early development testing & Early Access Release on Steam.

About Will:

As far back as about Battletoads on NES or Ninja Turtles in the Arcade, I’ve had great love and passion for Multiplayer games. The games that encourage team-work and communication to come out on top are especially loved: Counter-strike, Starcraft, Rocket League, just to name a few.

These games all demonstrate proper balance through their core designs, giving players a fair gameplay formula which is both fun and challenging. Non-videogame examples of perfectly balanced games include Chess, Baseball, Hockey, and other sports.

I’ve designed BvB around these same principles. On top of this, the experience BvB aims to deliver is something that’s more fun to play, than rewarding to win – think Mario Kart.
